At the Mountain Song Inn, we want you to have the best Blue Ridge Parkway lodging experience possible.

We have carefully set up the Inn's policies with our guests' comfort in mind. It may not be often that you take a Blacksburg, Virginia vacation, but when you stay at the Mountain Song Inn, it will be one you will never forget.

Smoking
We are a non-smoking Inn, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets
We are reluctant to allow pet accommodations because of possible noise and the potential for disturbance to other guests who are visiting.

Children

For the sake of all guests, because of our emphasis on peace and quiet, and that most guests are here for an adult getaway from their own off-spring, guest accommodations are limited to adults (18 and over). If you desire to book all three rooms, special situations allow for children, please call for arrangements.

Breakfast

Each morning of your stay you will be greeted with an upscale, country breakfast sure to satisfy. Depending on time of year and weather conditions, serving may be in our dining room or on the fully screened porch that faces the mountains and morning sun.

Booking & Rate Policies

Standard room rates are $149.00+ tax per night. All rates are based on double-occupancy. Visa and Master Card are accepted. Rates may vary due to packages, special events, holidays, etc.

Check-in / check-out policies

Arrival: Between 3 and 6, please call if you will be late. Check-out: 11 am.

Cancellations:

Mountain Song Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Special dates (Floyd Fest, Virginia Tech graduation to name a few) require a 30 day cancellation, if we are able to rebook before the event a refund minus a $50.00 service charge will be given.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special events.

WE ARE A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. A CHARGE OF $100. WILL BE ASSESSED FOR CLEANING a room that has been smoked in.
