Smoking
No smoking is permitted within the inn.
Careful, considerate smoking is permitted outside; i.e., safely, and away from proximity of other guests.

Pets ~

We have a well-behaved Shetland Sheepdog, Riley, that loves people and loves to be petted,  but he is not allowed free reign of the property when guests are present (unless pet-loving guests would appreciate his company in the common areas or when walking down to the creek). Riley usually "yaps" when a visitor arrives in the driveway, and he loves to chase the deer that arrive each morning and evening, but that's usually the extent of his sentinel duty. We are reluctant to allow pet accommodations because of possible noisy or rowdy interaction between your pet and ours, and the potential disturbance caused to other guests who may be visiting. All to say, we highly recommend you to contact our friend, Carma, owner/operator of Buddy's Boarding Service is excellent; rates are very reasonable

 Children

For the sake of all guests, and because of our emphasis on peace, quiet and that most guests are here for "adult-getaway" from their own off-spring, guest accommodations are limited to adults (21 and over).

Breakfast

Each morning of your stay you will be greeted with an upscale, country breakfast sure to satisfy. Depending on time of year and weather conditions, serving may be in our dining room or on the fully screened porch that faces the mountains and morning sun.

 Booking & Rate Policies

Standard room rates are $139.00+ tax per night. All rates based on double-occupancy. Visa, Master Card, or check is required as reservation confirmation, in the amount of one day’s rate. (Checks discouraged due to clearing time, handling, etc.) Rates may vary due to packages, special events, holidays, etc.

Check-in / check-out policies

Arrival: between 3–6 pm. Please notify us if other arrival times are required.

Departure: Room vacancy and check-out by 11 am. (necessary due to room prep time for next       

guests.) Feel free, however, to linger on the decks, porch, or grounds.

Cancellation policies

Cancellations permitted 7 days prior to date of stay. NO-SHOWS WILL BE BOOKED AT FULL AMOUNT.
